Instructions to Authors: Conventions


Referencing Conventions.

References should be listed alphabetically in a references section at the end of the paper.

References in the text must include the author(s) and date of publication of the piece being cited. When a work has two authors, always cite both names.  When a work has three, four, or five authors, cite all authors the first time the reference occurs; in subsequent citations, include only the first author followed by et al. When a work has six or more authors, cite only the first author, followed by et al. even on the first citation

 References should be laid out according to the APA style.
